In October 2009, Elizabeth and I visited the town of Bulembu, Swaziland with a group from the International Community Church. We spent the following week in South Africa in and around Capetown. The full story is on my blog.

The volunteer crew from ICC spent a day at the Mkhaya Game Preserve. Sunny midday is not the best time to photograph wildlife, but I did my best to capture what I could.

Kids who don't have electricity think its a real treat to get their picture taken. They enjoy the attention and they love having the print. We did 2 photo frame crafts with the kids, and I also printed out a set that we hung on a wall. The life expectancy in Swaziland is 32.
